Beautiful nature ugly city poem

I live in the town,
In a street.
It is crowded with traffic,
And feet.
There are Buses and Motors,
And Trams.
I wish there were Cows,
And Lambs.
The people all wait for a Boat,
For a row.
There is smoke everywhere,
That I go.
I don’t like the noise,
That I hear.
I wish there were sound proof walls,
Every where.
There is only one thing,
That I bear.
And that is cookies,
To share.
There are plenty of cookies,
For everybody.
For friends and families to donate,
To anybody.

Primary School Poem

The best school years have gone so fast.
We have to wave goodbye at last.

Sometimes I think they have just begun,
But the truth is they are almost done

It is hard to explain the way I felt,
The first time I heard the school bell.

A smiling face welcomed me at the gate,
I was being so excited that I could not wait.

I have encountered many new things and friends.
They were here from the beginning to the end.

I will remember the love my friend have given,
And erase the moments of hatred!

I have tried hard to listen throughout the years,
Today I am confident I can do anything without fear.

I will miss everything,
Even the strict rules,
For now it is a fare well to my school.

My new baby brother poem

My mother has a new baby, it is a boy.
Which brings in house a very own joy.

He is tiny, including his hands and ears.
When he crys, nothing comes out not even tear.

Maybe when I was a baby, I was the same!
I might have done alone all the baby game!

He eats nothing but he only drinks milk.
The clothes he does wear, are 100% silk.

He is noisy because he crys all day.
He is too young to use toys to play.

I hope, he doesn’t need to wear glasses like mine,
I hope, he doesn’t feel to miss details like mine.

Though we became brothers but may not be the same.
We will be attached together even with different aims!

Poem about my brother

My brother, Kshitij, is oh so nice,
he has not tasted sugar or spice.

Whenever I see him,
he brightens my day.
Sometimes the cloud seems to go away.
He would never hurt anyone.
He would never even fight.
He is my love,
My one delight.

If anything happened to him I would cry,
I probably would die.

I love him so much and he loves me.
If you see us together,
You would drop to your knees.

This is the poem that cheers me up.
It helps me,
When things are tough.

We would never get into a fight.
He is the one,
I kiss good night.

My brother and I poem

My brother and I,
Always fight.
I’m sure he’s wrong.
I think I’m right.

He pinches my things,
When I’m not there.
He cheats at games,
He’s never fair.

He leaves his clothes,
All over the place.
If I complain,
He pulls a face.

Every morning I’ve to wait.
To take him to school,
We’re always late.

But however naughty,
He can be.
Nothing must hurt him,He’s smaller than me.

Poem about New Year

Its almost the beginning of a new year.

It happens every year.

My new year holidays is nearly coming to an end.

I’ve sent postcards to my friends.

My second term exam is coming fast.

When will the summer holidays arrive at last.

1st of January is the New Year Day!

That means five more months until May.

These days is getting colder and colder.

Maybe its even more cold in the Star Ferry Pier.

Now, it’s a Happy New Year.

Poem about a Teacher(who passed away)

My Dear Guru good bye

Last night, it was a bad day for me.
Somebody passed away who was he.
He was Bhim Gurung my Best Guru.
He was one of the best Tae kwon do Teachers I ever had.

However I feel sorry for him,
Because I’ll never see him anymore.
I feel sad and stressed for his death.

He praised me for the good things that I did.
He also taught me from what was right or wrong.
I thought he could live until he was old,
But I was wrong.

I attended many feasts with him,
And those were the good times.
Now, he’s dead,
And that’s the bad time.
He left us alone,
Now he’s in heaven.
His life is gone,
So he’s with God. Goodbye goodbye goodbye

Poem about Nature

Little by little, I’ve been growing.

It happened, to me without even knowing.

It happened, so slow without showing.

But today, I know, I’ve been growing.

For last year’s shirt which used to be big.

Today it’s tight and small on me.

That’s how I know I’ve been growing.

I live in an apartment near a street.

The building is about 300 feet.

This is in a big city block.

They are made by solid rock.

The windowsills are made of pure steel.

But they don’t look quite real.

All around, there are just the trees,

That’s why I wonder what I would see.

Nature is very green.

It’s also very clean.

In nature, it smells so good.

That always brings sweet mood.

The air in nature is very healthy. No one can make it not even if you are wealthy.

Mother's Day Poem

Happy Mother’s Day,
It’s on this Sunday.

They took care of us since,
We are very young.

To think of it,
It’s been very long.

You can make her happy,
By giving her presents.

A hug would be okay,
Or even a card.

Just keep her happy,
And don’t make her sad.

You can tell her jokes,
And help with the housework.

Her occupation is a housewife,
And she has a hard life.

When we were young,
They were like our Angels,
Protecting us from any dangers.

Oh mum. I would like to thank you for the things that you’ve done for me.And now I would like to say Happy Mother’s Day.
